About the Role:
Become an integral part of their expanding team as a Customer Service Administrator. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and play a crucial role in communicating with customers and internal departments to process orders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for liaising with customers and internal departments to process customer orders.
Responsibilities will include:
Monitor distribution of product to customers and follow up on sales orders.
Taking inbound calls to answer inquiries, take orders, and respond to customer needs.
Liaise with sales and support staff to keep them up to date on customer needs.
Escalate issues to the customer service 2IC or sales team when required.
About You:
Eagerness to Learn: Looking for someone with a drive to learn; from systems to processes to our large range of products and industries.
Ability to multi-task: No two days are the same. They work at a fast pace, and often encounter tight deadlines. You will have demonstrable experience in working to an excellent standard when under pressure and being able to prioritise deadlines.

Requirements:
Availability to work full-time in an office environment.
