Do you have what it takes to become a Smartgroup Customer Education Specialist?

You'll demonstrate a strong background in field sales, customer education, sales or customer/client services, preferably with face-to-face experience.You'll have experience in conducting 1:1 consultation with customers in person and presenting product education sessions to small-medium sized groups.You'll have the ability to grow strong relationships with external stakeholders, including both customers and clientsYou'll collaborate with our Client Success/Client Relationship Management teamYou'll find satisfaction in engaging with customers and work independently in a variety of environments, including healthcare .Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a car is required (Metro, Regional, Interstate travel)Previous experience in (or knowledge of) financial services, taxation, employee benefits programs and/or motor vehicles would be highly regarded Belong to an organisation that values diversity, inclusivity, and you:
