In this position you will assist with the?check-in?of the?renter's?vehicle and vehicle details.
What you'll do Great customer in a friendly manner and help expedite the rental car return process to help get customers on their wayAssess vehicle for any potential new damages and report it as per ABG's vehicle damage procedureReview returned vehicle gas levels and car kilometers while accurately inputting them into our hand held devices when neededClean and prepare vehicles as per company standardsWhat we're looking for Applicants must have a full and valid driver's licenceThis is a full time position that requires opened availability to work days, weekends, nights, etcPrevious experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or similar rolesAbility to work in a fast paced environment while delivery exceptional customer serviceAbility to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standardsComfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental informationBenefits and Perks Hourly pay +loadings + performance incentivesWellbeing programme incl.
