Customer Return Representative

About the Role This position is responsible for greeting our customer upon their arrival at our rental location. In this position, you will assist with the check-in of the renter's vehicle and vehicle details.
What you'll do Great customer in a friendly manner and help expedite the rental car return process to help get customers on their way. Assess vehicle for any potential new damages and report it as per ABG's vehicle damage procedure. Review returned vehicle gas levels and car kilometers while accurately inputting them into our hand-held devices when needed. Full training provided to help you achieve your goals & reach your potential. What we're looking for Applicants must have a full and valid driver's licence. This is a full-time position and requires availability to work on a rotational roster that includes evenings, weekends and public holidays. A customer-focused, collaborative and adaptable approach to work each day. Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
