What you will do in this role Efficiently organize and book appointments for customers.Make outbound calls to follow up on appointments and customer inquiries.Manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environment.Perform various back-office tasks to support customer service operations.Provide excellent customer service both via phone and email.Gather and document all necessary information during customer interactions to ensure high-quality service.Continuously update knowledge of the company's services and procedures.Maintain a professional demeanor, even in stressful situations.Your qualifications Proficient or bilingual in Swedish with advanced English.Excellent organizational, listening, and communication skills.Detail-oriented, open-minded, communicative, and adaptable to different types of customers.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.It will be a plus if you have: Interest in the healthcare industry.Previous experience in customer service or Backoffice.Experience with Salesforce.What's in it for you Full-time 39 hours/week Indefinite contract: Mon-Fri 08:00/16:30.Salary 21.000 gross/year + up to 3.000 euros gross/year in bonus.Central location in Barcelona.Bring-a-friend (referral) bonus opportunities.Full paid training on the company and the project you'll be working on.Career development programs, specialized courses, and language classes.If all this feels like the perfect next step in your career journey, we want to hear from you.
