As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:
Efficiently organize and book appointments for customersMake outbound calls to follow up on appointments and customer inquiriesManage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environmentPerform various back-office tasks to support customer service operationsProvide excellent customer service both via phone and emailGather and document all necessary information during customer interactions to ensure high-quality serviceContinuously update knowledge of the company's services and proceduresMaintain a professional demeanour, even in stressful situationsYour qualifications We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
