We have an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest packaging companies in Australia as we are looking for a Customer Replenishment Planner to come onboard at either our site in Thomastown (Victoria) or Banksmeadow (NSW)!
The Customer Replenishment Planner role is accountable for the servicing of customer supply requirements. This will encompass all aspects of forecasting, ordering, pricing, communication with dispatch regarding delivery and transport optimisation, SKU lifecycle management, aged inventory management, and general customer enquiries.
The key focus of this role will be to:
Respond to all customer enquiries regarding order delivery dates (ensuring DIFOT), in a timely and professional manner Manage weekly forecast and replenishment strategies through promotional and event forecasting in collaboration with Buying and Marketing teams Minimise shrinkages through implementation of improved forecasting accuracy Process new and existing Purchase Orders for customers Utilize reports to conduct investigations as required Contribute to the Sales, Operations, and Account Management Team by presenting supply & demand data to internal & external stakeholders Update and maintain spreadsheets and customer records We can offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves. For this role, we would ideally like you to have:
Experience in using SAP (required) SAP – APO experience would be viewed favorably Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment Experience with forecasting/replenishment Intermediate skills in using Microsoft Excel A customer-oriented mindset Ability to be positive whilst showing strategic agility and resilience Have a sense of urgency and excellent attention to detail Applications are open to both internal and external candidates.
