About the RoleAs a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO), utilise your exceptional relationship, communication and customer service skills to conduct tours for potential new residents and maintain referrer relationships in the community.
This is a fast paced and unique role providing key customer service, relationship management and administration with a focus on optimising occupancy at Ferndale Gardens.
This position involves soft sales and KPI targets so it is essential that you have demonstrated experience in working to budgets and targets.
This is a maximum term position working 3 days per week until January 2026.
