This is a full-time permanent position, in a modern office environment, working Monday to Friday (no weekend work, ever!). The duties will include, but not be limited to:Greeting customers as they drop off or pick up their vehicle, ensuring a positive experience.Data entry and updating booking calendars and our communication software.Booking our customer taxis and vehicle collections.Handling telephone and email enquiries.Other adhoc customer related or administration tasks as required by the site.ABOUT YOUThe ideal candidate for this position is upbeat, a team player and looking to work with a supportive and friendly management team with positive training and support. You will have good administration and computer skills, love working with people, and the ability to problem solve and work with a sense of urgency are key to being successful in this role. Whilst working within the automotive industry in a similar role is not essential, it will be highly regarded.
