Acorn PLMS is seeking additional Customer Relationship Officers to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing the organisational aspects of customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and helping our customers maximise the value of our PLMS software. You will work closely with customers and business management in a fast-paced high-growth environment.We are seeking a customer relationship officer and support staff member to assist our growing client base of over 1,000,000 learners. The role will include:Addressing online support desk and phone ticketsPerformance Learning Management System Administration (PLMS)Providing face-to-face and face-to-screen training sessionsCreation of support materialManaging support requests within our SLASales activity support including documentation development and demo requestsOngoing development opportunities will be provided. Acorn currently maintains a 98% day-one client retention rate, as such attention to detail and a client-centric approach will be a must for the right candidate. You may also be required to undertake a federal government security clearance and must be comfortable in doing so.This role provides the opportunity to work closely with our development team in product development and management.
