Due to large scale growth, an exciting opportunity has opened up, and we are currently seeking a customer relationship officer who will be responsible or achieving positive collections outcomes for our Clients and Customers.
The Role: Manage your own portfolio, working with clients from small to medium Australian businesses and companies Establish and maintain long lasting relationships with customers by building trust and rapport Use high level negotiation skills to provide solutions for unique circumstances Problem solve and overcome customers' objections to resolve outstanding accounts Liaise with internal and external parties and use intuition to locate, resolve and maintain arrangements Negotiate suitable options to settle accounts and provide an exceptional customer experience What are we looking for?
