Leveraging global supply networks, they deliver fast, reliable support to mining operations, even in remote areas. About Your New Role Our Client is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to help foster and grow Client relationships while delivering outstanding service.
We are looking for someone who can seamlessly combine technical know-how with excellent communication to enhance the customer experience and explore upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Clients in the mining equipment sector Serve as the main point of contact for Clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly Identify Client's needs and proactively suggest service improvements and upselling opportunities Collaborate with internal technical teams to align services with Client expectations Manage customer data using CRM software and analyse trends to improve service delivery Monitor customer satisfaction and produce detailed reports for key stakeholders Note.

About You: Proven experience in a Client-facing role , preferably within the mining equipment industry Technical awareness with the ability to upsell products and services effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills via email, writing and phone manner to build strong, professional relationships Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a proactive approach to meeting the Client's needs Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools and Microsoft Suite Self-motivated, results-driven , and committed to exceptional Client service High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team You may be a Service Advisor in heavy mobile plant, or a parts interpreter in a similar environment.
