Account & Relationship Management (Sales) Midwest Fabrication is a 100% Australian family-owned business based in Dalby, QLD, which has been at the forefront of harvester front development and manufacturing for over 25 years. The business has undergone a decade of integrated growth in sales, supplying the largest harvester fronts in the world to Australian farmers.

ABOUT THE ROLE The Customer Relationship Manager will support our rural customer base, building user satisfaction via relationship building and securing business via new customers and old.
Participate in a small team to create and implement effective sales strategies that speak to our clients' needs, concerns, and objections to achieve sales growth.
Work across various teams, including development, technical, and service to develop intimate knowledge of products and services to advance our offering and services to meet our customer needs into the future.
Understand industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to target market segments, build sales, and maximize margin.
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE Demonstrated experience in agricultural sales (preferably the farm machinery space), with experience in developing and implementing strategy and sales plans.
Proven experience in working collaboratively both within a small team and as a true self-starter.
Knowledge and experience putting together strategies and plans to garner sales, building the customer base whilst improving the customer's experience.
A real commitment to fostering positive working relationships within the company and with external customers.
Formulate and agree to achieving agreed sales targets.
Solid IT (MS Office) and CRM skills.
