Reporting into the National Operations Manager, this role is taking over from one of our CRMs who is going on maternity leave.
Key information:
Full-time 1-year fixed-termCan be based anywhere in MelbourneCreate, maintain, and enhance national participant referral pathways and customer relationships, identifying gaps and developing protocols for efficient referral processesEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key referrers and stakeholders, community organisations, clients, and their families/carers to access and promote LiveBig allied health servicesRepresent LiveBig at meetings, community events, expos and networking opportunitiesGather and document relevant client information, including therapy needs and goals, ensuring all required documents and consent forms are provided to the client.Support marketing and brand activity and identify opportunities for improvement or new activitiesWHO WE WANT TO HIRE Experience in a customer/client role in an NDIS-focused organisationKnowledge and understanding of allied health services, disability sector, the NDIS and community sectorHigh level of customer service orientation and experience in customer relationship analysis and planningProven experience in sourcing and gathering sales activitiesEnjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic and outcomes-focused team environmentHighly developed communication skills, negotiation, relationship building and interpersonal skillsFun!
