We produce multiple brands including Regent, Snowy River and NewGen Caravans.The opportunityRegent RV Launceston is looking for an excellent communicator that is highly organised and a compassionate professional to join our brand-new team. In this role, you will be responsible for customer service to our dealers and customers, and you will also provide sales and administration support to our show team. You will become a Regent and Snowy River Ambassador and be able to answer technical product and pricing queries. This role interacts with the general public where you will be responsible for creating a customer experience that matches our values and quality of product.Key AccountabilitiesCustomer Relationship Coordination including liaising with internal and external stakeholders, interactions are by phone, email, and face to face.Managing first impressions and ensuring exceptional customer service.Assist with end of sale process including queries, colour selection and vehicle handover.Coordination of our Show Team travel and event-related tasks including sales and administration support.Proactively ensure that all our business and customers' expectations are consistently exceeded.Management of all office duties including invoices, maintaining schedules and stationery.Daily communication with Regent RV Head Office (Melbourne).Coordinating pre-delivery of all caravans to customers.What we are looking forA zest for helping others.A person that loves problem-solving.Efficient in Microsoft 365.Someone who can prioritize and meet deadlines.A forward thinker with attention to detail.All-round excellent communicator both verbal and written.What we offer• Respectful and friendly working environment.• The ability to thrive in a culture of continuous growth and learning as we expand.Regent RV is an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes applications from a diverse range of backgrounds to apply for our positions.
