THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a full-time Customer Relationship Coordinator (or CRC for short!)
to join our busy Greater East team working from our Pakenham office, offering flexible work arrangements with 2-days minimum in the office.
As a CRC, your primary focus is to manage a portfolio of clients and guide them through the process of building their new home.
This involves tasks such as:
Communicate with all clients on a weekly basis to provide regular updatesManage all pre-site administration for portfolio of clientsCoordinate and book meetings with clientsEnsure that all client files are updated with appropriate notes/informationLiaise with banks/mortgage lenders re client finance approvalsMaintain a current working knowledge of Simonds product and relevant promotionsCommunicate and liaise with other departments around file progress as requiredWHO YOU ARE We're looking for someone with proven administration experience, preferably within the residential building industry or similar.
In addition, experience in delivering outstanding customer service to a diverse range of both internal and external customers is essential.
You have an adaptable communication style which enables you to build rapport quickly and easily and enjoy a thriving, fast paced environment.
Whilst our CRCs have their own portfolio of clients to oversee, being able to work collaboratively within a tight-knit team is also vital.
You have the capacity to multi-task and have a flexible and adaptable approach to your work.
Having high attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines and have demonstrated planning/organisational and time management skills are desired.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Knowledge/ Experience in the building & construction industry will be favouredExperience in a customer focussed role with conflict and problem management focusFramework experience will be favouredProven ability to work in a pivotal customer contact role in a customer focused, time critical working environmentHighly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activitiesHighly developed interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to work in a positive and professional manner in a goal orientated environmentWHY JOIN US?
