As a Customer Relationship Consultant, you'll be at the heart of delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your role is all about building and maintaining lasting relationships, helping to retain loyal customers by understanding their individual needs and offering tailored solutions, while keeping the bank's interests in mind.
What Your Day Will Look Like:
Be a Customer Champion: Engage in meaningful conversations to uncover customers' financial goals. Use your knowledge of ME products to recommend the best solutions, whether that involves suggesting a home loan, a top-up, or referring them to our Customer Relationship Specialists for further analysis.
Deliver Exceptional Service: Build strong, positive relationships with customers, both internal and external. You'll consistently provide exceptional customer service, while upholding BOQ Group values in every interaction.
Contribute to Team Success: Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment, meeting productivity targets and ensuring efficient turnaround times. Be flexible in supporting other business units when needed during peak periods.
Commit to Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with our conversational frameworks, retention strategies, and ongoing business initiatives. Your willingness to learn and grow will fuel both your success and the success of our team.
About you
