Customer Relations Specialist (Lens Consultant) / Up to $4k – (RL)
Location: Bendemeer Road
Salary: $3000 to $4000
Work Week: Mondays to Sundays : 10am to 7pm / 11am to 8pm & 2 Off Days in a week : 1 weekday and 1 weekend
Minimum Qualification: NITEC
Experience: 3 years
Job Description / Requirements Responsibilities: Provide excellent service to customers as the first point of contact, handling enquiries and complaints through various communication channels.Provide professional advice on product and service-related queries, complaints, and feedback.Collaborate with the commercial team as a Lens expert to advise eye care practitioners and internal colleagues.Work closely with the operations team (CEF: Cut, Edge, and Fit) to maintain product quality and service standards.Handle incoming calls or inquiries from prospective/existing customers and provide troubleshooting support over the phone.Resolve customer queries or complaints efficiently through various communication channels (phone, WhatsApp, email, Facebook messenger).Support order entry placed by customers via phone, WhatsApp, or email.Assist customers in checking job status and provide updates/follow-ups accordingly.Support the marketing and professional affairs team on administrative tasks required for campaigns as needed. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Optometry or NITEC in Opticianry, or its equivalent.At least 3 to 5 years of optical retail or related work experience.Strong technical knowledge and passion for Optics.Detail-oriented, observant, and possess a high level of accuracy.Proactive mindset with the ability to handle pressure and manage difficult customers tactfully.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Good computer skills in Microsoft Office applications.
