The Personal Injury Customer Relations (PICR) team is committed to conducting independent Internal Reviews and resolving escalated complaints for personal injury claimant's fairly, timely and cost-effectively, meeting all regulatory standards and legislative requirements. What you'll do Undertake Internal Reviews of claims decisions requested by claimants and deliver responses to escalated complaints, in accordance with all regulatory standards and legislative requirements, in a way which best supports the objectives of the personal injury schemes we work within Be a pro-active team member, supporting the work of the Leader and Senior Customer Relations Specialists to lead, manage and deliver the operations of the team Be a pro-active teammate, supporting the work of other members of the team as required, including in areas such as Workload management, IT System use, Buddying, Training, Technical support, and Advice Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of data, records, and information relevant to Internal Reviews and escalated complaints Ensure that all Privacy standards and requirements are maintained and met, to minimise the risk of exposure of Claimants Personal and Health information What you'll bring Insurance Claims experience, preferably in the NSW Worker Compensation Qualifications in Law, Insurance, Medical, Allied Health or related disciplines Qualifications and/or experience in Dispute Resolution and/or complaints handling Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply legislation Strong legal and technical skills, particularly in an insurance setting Ability to hit the ground running and work in a fast-paced environment What we can offer A range of flexible working and leave options, including 20 weeks paid parental leave, 4 weeks paid secondary carer parental leave and unlimited paid emergency response leave Discounts and offers on a range of retail favourite stores as well as banking and insurance products Give back to our communities with payroll giving, donation matching and paid volunteer leave Invest in your brighter future with ongoing study support and career development programs; and Prioritise your work/life balance with our robust employee assistance program and dedicated employee council Advertised: 30 Apr 2024 AUS Eastern Standard Time Applications close: 31 May 2024 AUS Eastern Standard Time Don't see your dream job posted?
