The opportunity The Customer Relations team is the first welcoming point for those interested in Warrigal's services.
In this sales-focused role, you'll engage with prospective customers and their families, helping them understand their options, offering tailored solutions, and guiding them through a smooth transition into our care.
Your efforts will drive both new customer growth and support for existing customers, ensuring a seamless journey and maximizing occupancy for Warrigal.
You'll provide key financial and sales support to internal teams, helping families make informed decisions and ensuring a positive, reassuring experience at every stage.
Working closely with the team, you'll contribute to Warrigal's vision of a world where older people feel Known, Loved, and Connected.
Additionally, you'll play a role in achieving team sales targets, improving processes, and occasionally traveling to other locations or events.

The benefits Hourly rate – $48.94 + packaging benefits + superNot For Profit salary packaging benefits – pay up to $18,550 less tax per year, meaning more money for youCareer break schemes, additional purchased leave and moreCommitment to ongoing professional and career developmentSubsidised access to your local gym and 200+ more across the country with a Fitness Passport24/7 access to mental, physical, social and financial support via the LifeWorks appThe requirements | What it takes to do this work Proven ability to achieve or exceed occupancy targets in a village or similar setting.Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with residents and their families.In-depth knowledge of the Aged Care Act 1997 and NSW Retirement Villages Act 1999, with particular expertise in negotiations and eligibility requirements.Substantial experience in a sales-focused role or a similar capacity.Flexible, positive attitude with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.Customer-focused mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.Self-driven, solution-oriented, and goal-focused.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.Strong alignment with Warrigal's core values of innovation, respect, compassion, and integrity.Genuine empathy for older people, paired with a friendly and approachable demeanour.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.A valid NSW driver's license.Relevant qualifications in business, sales, or related fields (e.g., Tertiary, Degree, or Diploma).Experience in real estate, human services, or non-profit sectors.What our people love about working here: A supportive, passionate culture: It's a community filled with inspiring, big-hearted people.
