Customer Relations Officer Most of us want to know we're doing work that matters. But a lot of us struggle to build careers that allow for it, so we end up working long hours in demanding roles.
At Warrigal, you'll get to swap the hustle for a career with purpose. One that makes a positive difference to the lives of older people and their families.
For us, there's no greater honour. When we bring joy and quality of life to older people, we give them the dignity, community, and belonging they deserve. We allow them to enjoy better quality time and build lasting memories with their families, and we create a society that celebrates and respects aging.
No matter your role at Warrigal, each one of us is contributing to this legacy, ensuring it's passed down from generation to generation.
The opportunity The Customer Relations Officer will play a vital role in supporting our Customer Relations Team through a variety of administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include assisting with contract preparation, managing customer inquiries, and providing occasional support at the front reception. You'll also help with database management and word processing, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both internal and external customers. We're looking for someone with a friendly, solution-focused attitude who is eager to contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment. Training and guidance will be provided to ensure you succeed in this rewarding role.
This role will require occasional travel to other Warrigal locations, so flexibility and a willingness to move between sites is essential.
