Job Description/ RequirementResponsibilitiesHandles customer complaints (VOC, emails, calls etc)Coordinates/interacts with different departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.Ensures customer receives the highest level of customer serviceProvides prompt, courteous, professional & accurate responses to customersEnsures adherence to internal policies, procedures and practicesPitch new ideas/solutions to improve customer experienceInvestigates customer complaintsWorks directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide supportAdministrative tasksPrepares reports and analyze dataPerforms all other duties assigned by supervisor or managerRequirementsDiploma in Business or its equivalentMin 1 to 2 years of working experience preferably in customer service/call center with analyzing and reporting experience.Computer skills (Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint)Excellent in communication (both spoken & written)Attention to detailsHighly motivated and adaptableGood team playerAble to work under time pressure, prioritize workload and meet deadlinesAbility to handle and resolve customer issuesCandidate who can commence work with short notice will be an added advantageRemarksInterested parties/candidates, please send updated resume in MS Word format, including:
