· Shape decisions that will develop & sustain WA's water sources · Permanent opportunity - $131,740 + 11% Super · Flexible working opportunities – Based in Balcatta About the role We have an opportunity to join our Customer Program Delivery team on a permanent basis as a Senior Analyst.
In this role you'll lead the strategic discovery, assessment and benefits tracking for initiatives within the Customer Program Delivery framework that deliver improved customer experience and business efficiencies. You'll also work alongside internal stakeholders to understand business and customer problems and enable the team to deliver step-change improvement in high value customer opportunities.

What the role will involve: · Drawing on input from SME's, conducts detailed data analysis and deep-dives on various customer problem sets for unplanned projects briefed into Customer Program Delivery
· Identifying solutions and strategic thinking for key problems in projects within the Customer Program Delivery portfolio, collaborating with key stakeholders in the business and leveraging subject matter experts
· Providing specialist advice to project leads to identify, monitor and report key strategic performance indicators that are aligned with project goals.
· Leading, in partnership with the business, the identification of optimisation activities to enable delivery against project goals.
· Providing specialist advice, training and methodology to the business to build benefits tracking capabilities and sustain improved change
· Support the continued development of tools and methodologies to enable the successful assessment, prioritisation and benefits tracking of Customer projects.
Key skills and experience: · Being appropriately qualified and experienced in a similar role will be necessary, where you can demonstrate a high standard of conceptual and analytical skills.
· Ideally experience within a performance improvement or business or data analysis role.
· You'll have experience in business analysis, business process mapping and data modelling techniques.
· You'll have exceptional interpersonal skills, with proven experience in engaging with stakeholders, effectively communicating complex information, and building long term relationships.
