We currently have a fixed term (12 months), full-time opportunity for a Customer and Payments Consultant to join a highly engaged, collaborative and professional Operations department. The Customer and Payments Consultant will report to the Customer and Payment Team Leader.
The Customer and Payment Consultant will be responsible for ensuring that we provide a high level of quality service and assistance to our customers and staff. This role must also ensure that this level of service and assistance applies consistently to all of the functions performed by the Customer and Payments department, and in addition, maintain a strong relationship to our third party suppliers to facilitate the above.
