As a Customer Partnership Lead at Datacom, you will be at the helm of managing key accounts, driving strategic growth, and fostering valuable relationships across various customer segments. This role is pivotal in overseeing the entire customer lifecycle, from strategy and growth to sustainability and profitability, ensuring our portfolio thrives.
In this role, you will be assigned clients based on their stage in the sales lifecycle and your unique skill set. You will be responsible for devising and executing strategies that promote growth, sustainability, and profitability for both existing and prospective clients. Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction is paramount, and you will have significant latitude to shape Datacom's offerings in response to evolving market and customer needs.

This role will be offered as a 12 month fixed term contract.

Ensuring the right people, commercials and governance are in place to deliver successfully to our customersConsistently and sustainably delivering on commitments made to customers (time, cost, and quality).
