Our client, a leading international agro-food group, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer & Operations Support Coordinator to join their growing back-office team.
This role is integral to ensuring seamless operations and exceptional support as the company continues to expand.
You will: Customer Service Support: Respond to customer inquiries and manage customer sales orders in collaboration with the sales team.
Create, extend, and maintain customer master data in SAP, including registration of new customers.
Handle manual data entry for credit notes, debit notes, returns, and sales invoices.
Send reminders for outstanding payments and ensure timely follow-up.
Operations Support: Book transport for delivery orders and communicate with the 3PL warehouse for collections.
Confirm delivery orders in SAP, generate sales invoices, and follow up on transport confirmations.
Manage physical returns and coordinate logistics for missing proof of delivery.
Prepare samples for customers as requested and clear outstanding invoices for samples.
Maintain data entry of the physical wall dashboard for visibility of containers.
Generate reports on delivery orders, invoicing checks, and scrap communication.
Develop and manage an Excel Pricelist Tool for accurate costing and pricing of products.
Support sales by generating RFQs using the pricelist tool and coordinate pricing updates with suppliers.
Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel; experience with data entry and report generation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Previous experience in customer support or operations is a plus.
This role is based in Sydney and reports to the Country Manager Australia.
