Customer & Operations Support Coordinator Our client, a prominent international agro-food company, is seeking a dynamic Customer & Operations Support Coordinator to join their expanding team in Sydney. With a strong global presence in over 100 countries, our client is renowned for providing high-quality raw materials, semi-processed, and finished food products across various channels, including industrial, artisan, Ho.Re.Ca., and retail. Their Australian subsidiary has recorded a 60% growth and is now hiring a Customer & Operations Support Coordinator to keep up with demand.
In this newly created role, you'll be at the center of our client's operations, supporting seamless customer interactions, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are eager to grow within an innovative company that values teamwork and dedication. They will have experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously, hands-on experience with SAP, a passion for planning, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Support: Handle customer inquiries and coordinate sales order management with the sales team. Create, maintain, and update customer master data in SAP. Enter data for credit notes, debit notes, returns, and sales invoices. Send payment reminders and manage outstanding balances. Operations Support: Coordinate transport and logistics for delivery orders. Communicate with third-party warehouses and follow up on deliveries. Generate invoices, confirm orders in SAP, and send invoices to customers. Assist with product returns, prepare samples for customers, and update pricing tools. Track container movements and maintain stock visibility reports. Conduct daily invoicing checks and liaise with the accounts team. Manage product costing and pricing updates using an Excel-based tool. Skills and Experience: Minimum 3+ years experience in a similar role. Hands-on experience with SAP (accounting & logistics). Excellent organization skills. Attention to detail. Strong communicator both verbal and written.
