This exciting opportunity is for a proactive Customer Operations Manager and will be based at our Brisbane head office looking after the customer operations of our growing QLD business. Reporting to the Queensland State Manager and as a part of the National Delivery Services team you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by managing a fleet of Owner Drivers to ensure all our clients' needs are met OnTime all the time.
Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to influence and shape your role by working on exciting customer facing projects and initiatives as well as supporting new business growth across a range of industry sectors.
