Customer Operations/Dispatch Manager

About the role In this role you'll manage the day to day operations of pole dispatch to meet customer requirements. Key responsibilities include:
Oversee day to day dispatch of poles, ensuring compliance, safe work practices and customer requirements are metLiaise with stakeholders, attend meetings, respond to delivery/supply issues and arrange pole deliveryManage a team, providing induction, support and ongoing training and developmentInduct and monitor contractors, conduct safety observations and field audits as per customer requirementsParticipate in R&D, providing support on product and technology developmentWork within Budget and OH&S requirements What are we looking for Experience in a similar role (similar industry preferred but not essential)Experience/senior role in a Health and Safety environmentComprehensive knowledge of Western Power supply contract including technical specificationComprehensive knowledge of Ironbark systemSound Mechanical understandingUnderstanding of budgeting, payroll, ordering and accounting principalsUnderstanding of Timber Technology – treatment principles and practices, timber sizes and strengthsExperience in people management and/or tertiary study in managementWhat's on offer Opportunity to establish a long term career with a global brand Supportive team environment in a rapidly growing organisation with strong valuesStability and access to future rewards schemeIf this role appeals to you, we'd love to hear from you.
