About the role The Customer Onboard Assistant role plays an important part in our setup. This role, based out of our Adelaide Hub, will ensure the business has vehicles ready to provide to customers via various processes, and will ensure our fleet of vehicles are cleaned, serviced, and damage assessed before handing over the keys.
Responsibilities: Ensuring all vehicles are serviced/inspected on time and have the necessary works completed.Working with fleet team on warranty matters.Coordinating vehicles for de-fleet (sale preparation).Receiving and preparing new vehicles.Controlling cars that are onsite at the depot, ensuring depot carpark is neat and tidy.Shuttle vehicles to and from dealerships and other specified locations.Follow accident reporting process and walk through each step with our customers.Liase with customers to book in services/inspections.What You'll Bring: Excellent customer service skills.Exceptional time management skills.The ability to multi-task.Show initiative to complete tasks efficiently.Stock control/Panel beating/Logistics or related industry experience (desirable).Intermediate level in computer skills including Excel.Full unrestricted Australian Motor Vehicle License.Mechanical aptitude or a reasonable understanding of motor vehicles.Our Benefits: Equity Package: Share financially in the company's success.Performance-based bonus and commission plans.Employee Assistance Program.Dedicated Learning & Development Platform.Splend is a dynamic growth company driven by a shared vision for success.
