As a Customer Marketing Specialist, you will support marketing efforts for Honeywell Building Solutions to drive demand for the Projects and Services teams through offering, vertical and region-focused campaigns and digital marketing activities. As a campaign owner, you will work with the sales leadership and offering management teams to help increase our presence and visibility with relevant stakeholders through alignment of marketing mix, key messages, and business goals. You will also be responsible for end-to-end campaign management including measuring the impact of end-user activities.
Key Responsibilities Development and deployment of local marketing strategy and tactics in line with overall business objectives and ensure alignment with global strategies.Work effectively with Marcom COE and offering management to successfully launch new offerings ensuring appropriate marketing collateral, training, and launch events are developed for both internal and external customers to support funnel building.Update and maintain sales tools (presentations, videos, brochures, etc.) for use by customer-facing teams.Management support of annual marketing budget.Own and drive demand generation activities across relevant channels and verticals to deliver sales-qualified leads aligned to business focus areas.Establish nurture campaigns to support demand generation activities that increase conversion of MQL to SQL.Work effectively with the business to run events, roadshows, and Honeywell User Group.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related discipline or equivalent experience.Minimum of 3 years in a marketing organization with a focus on marketing communications, field marketing, and/or product marketing for a global organization.Experience of remote working, building relationships across borders.Experience of working with cross-functional teams, not located in-country, to ensure best-in-class Marcom delivery.At least 1 year's experience using PowerPoint, Marketo, and SFDC.Experience with end user B2B customer marketing, emerging digital channels with a keen eye for creative driven solutions and brings attention to detail with a customer-first mindset to their work.Understanding technology buying cycles and sales channels serving B2B customers or B2C customers where applicable.Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer, and we support a diverse workforce.
