The role: In this permanent full-time role, you will work with both new and existing clients. As a Customer Manager, you will develop and nurture ongoing and new relationships with key Business Decisions makers (primarily in Learning and Development, HR, Change) with the goal of establishing a fit between their requirements and our services. You will:

Plan and execute sales presentations and demos to Clients. Expand revenue with current client's accounts while building relationships with key stakeholders. Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs and service requirements into new solutions for customers. Maintain contract commitments with internal and external stakeholders. Act as the voice of the customer, gathering customer feedback and helping share the product roadmap. Attend industry events and build industry/business networks. Work collaboratively in a team-based environment and execute on strategy To be successful in this role you will have… 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling services Experience selling in a training industry or recruitment is highly desirable but not mandatory. Highly effective networking skills to identify and connect with key stakeholders Proven experience in achieving sales targets in either an Account Management, Business Development or Relationship Management role A strong client focus with the ability to build effective, lasting relationships Experience in effectively managing a variety of accounts Be rewarded for your success FLEXIBILITY to work from home or from any APM office in any location in Australia or from both.
