We are looking for customer-focused and detail-oriented individuals to join our client's team as a Customer Liaison Officer. In this diverse role, you will support the vehicle services team by assessing and issuing Notices and Permits, scheduling traffic escort services, and conducting route assessments. Your responsibilities will also include providing expert advice to customers, assisting with planning road access, and continuously improving operational processes.
Key Responsibilities: Assess and issue Notices and PermitsProvide advice to customers and resolve complex inquiries with the support of technical officersPrepare and manage schedules, including flights and accommodation for staffPerform route assessments for road safety, infrastructure, and network projectsRecord and address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaintsBuild and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholdersSkills Required: Strong communication skills to assist and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.Ability to assess complex situations and offer solutions to ensure timely processing and customer satisfaction.Effective time management to handle multiple tasks.Ability to work well with internal teams, external stakeholders, and technical officers.Willingness to contribute to the continuous improvement of practices, processes, and customer service.If you're passionate about customer service and making a difference in the transport industry, we encourage you to apply and join our client's dynamic team!
