The Role
Based in the Business Development team, this position will be accountable for managing a high volume of outbound calls to respond to customer enquiries and schedule appointments for the Advisors.
Your day-to-day duties will include but not limited to:
Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to follow up on customer enquiries seeking Home Care supportBook appointments for the AdvisorsLog information into CareLink and database managementCollaborate with internal and external stakeholdersGeneral administration tasks as requested Are you the ideal candidate? Proven experience in a call centre/sales advisor/appointment setter/account management roleExcellent communication skills with a customer centric approachProficient with Microsoft OfficeAbility to pick up new systems and processes quicklyA driven and self motivated individual with the ability to work within a team
