How You'll Shine In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our internal and external clients at all times!
The role includes but is not limited to:
Assisting our clients to complete internal applications for further credits.Reviewing and performing credit unsuitability assessments for loan applications.Ensuring all relevant documentation is complete and accurate while demonstrating excellence in customer service and the ability to work to tight timelines.What You'll Bring To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience with loan applications or in a finance-based role (preferred but not essential).Experience collecting customer information with excellent accuracy.Excellent communication skills, including phone manner, verbal, and written communication.Ability to communicate with internal and external parties in a professional manner.Previous experience in a call center environment would be preferred but not essential.Demonstrated good organizational and time management skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and KPIs set by the Team Leader.Proven skills in attention to detail and accuracy of work produced.Sound ability in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn internal systems.Ability to work as a team player, support co-workers, and contribute to a positive working environment.How You'll Be Rewarded Build your career with a value-driven organization that promotes continual growth and development for its people.
