How You'll Shine In this role you will be responsible to provide exceptional service to our internal and external clients at all times!
The role includes but not limited to; Assisting our clients to complete internal application for further credits Reviewing and perform credit unsuitability assessment for loan applications.
Ensuring all relevant documentation is complete and accurate while showing excellence in customer service and a demonstrated ability to work to tight timelines.

Some of our many benefits on offer include: Discounted hotel stays across Australia, Fiji, New Zealand Subsidised private health cover Birthday leave Modern office environment Professional development funding What You'll Bring To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience with loan application OR in a finance-based role (preferred but not essential) Experience collecting customer information with excellent accuracy Excellent communication skills including, phone manner, verbal and written communication Ability to communicate with internal and externally in a professional manner Previous experience in a call centre environment would be preferred but not essential Demonstrate good organizational and time management skills Effectively work under pressure and be able to meet deadlines and KPIs as set by the Team Leader Proven skills in attention to detail and accuracy of work produced Sound ability in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems Ability to work as a team player, be supportive of co-workers and be willing to contribute to a positive working environment Must pass a police check.
