The role contributes to enhancing customer experience via analytical insights and management of a Voice of Customer Program, reporting to the Director, Voice of Customer & Customer Experience.In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
Develop customer reports for various levels including ground teams, management, and leadership.Deliver a comprehensive Voice of Customer Program across platforms like BI, Salesforce CRM, and customer feedback systems.Build and maintain dashboards and data visualisations using tools like Power BI or Tableau.Coordinate, clean, and analyze customer data from diverse research sources.Analyze multiple data sources to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.Enhance and execute periodic Voice of Customer surveys to meet response rate targets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer engagement, conversion rates, and retention.Develop and manage stakeholder relationships to support projects and initiatives.Improve data analytics fluency within the business.Work with CX, digital, and operational teams for integrated customer analytics.Assist with governance over customer data and processes.This role comes with the following benefits:
