Role Description:The Customer Insights Analyst is an exciting opportunity in our Customer Marketing Products and Services team based at our Perth CBD office.
This is a 12-month max-term contract.
The purpose of this role is to support Synergy's customer insights activities from the Voice of Customer program to Synergy's online community and research requirements.
This role will be responsible for maintaining Synergy's customer insights platforms and supporting the reporting and delivery of customer insights.
Job responsibilities:Maintain day to day functions of our online insight community, the Voice of Customer (VoC) program and other research activities through data management, enquiry responses and platform performance.Create and maintain dashboards, which measure, track and analyse customer data, including survey data, internal interactions and CRM data.Synthesize and communicate insights with peers and stakeholders (e.g.
channel check-ins, VoC quarterly forum).Analyse and deliver customer insights reporting (e.g.
VoC monthly report, survey analysis).Support Synergy's online insight community through survey scripting, research discussions, incentive management and participant communications in Synergy's customer insight platform.What you will bring:Degree qualified in a relevant discipline and/or relevant work experience.Minimum 2 years' experience in analytics, research methodologies, marketing, or customer service.Experience with Microsoft Excel.Knowledge of customer research, customer insights or customer survey software desirable.What we offer: Working for an employer of choice also means you will enjoy:
