The Role Our high-performing Airfreight team is on the hunt for aCustomer Implementation & Onboarding Coordinator to set key Airfreight Customers up for success as they begin their partnership with Schenker. You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Clients, working closely with our Business Development and Customer Service Teams to build long-lasting relationships.
Role Highlights Undergo detailed analysis of each scope of work in order to identify key operational requirements and identify any gaps to be addressedProvide proactive assistance in the set up and maintenance of all systems during the Implementation phaseProvide an in-depth handover of each Client to the relevant Operations and Account Management teamsPost Implementation, closely monitor the achievement of agreed KPI's and actively seek feedback as to areas for improvement The Ideal Candidate We're looking for a candidate with previous experience in the Freight Forwarding or Supply Chain Industry and excellent customer service skills, with the proven ability to build strong relationships with customers. You will demonstrate a strategic mindset and be able to effectively balance the needs of customers and Schenker's operational requirements. You will also have previous experience in understanding tender documents. An understanding of Airfreight import and/or export processes and previous experience in quoting will be a bonus!
