The Somewhere Co. is on the hunt for Customer Happiness Associates to join our team, based at our Banyo Warehouse.
This is a seasonal casual role, with hours flexing up significantly throughout November and December.
To be successful, team members must be available from Monday 7 October to Friday 31 Jan.What we're looking forWe are searching for customer service superstars to help us ensure our community enjoys a memorable experience with us during our busiest season of the year.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be customer obsessed, care about the little details, be a great problem solver, and an exceptional communicator.
You'll be the type of person who loves nothing more than to make someone's day!This is a casual role, with hours ranging depending on the needs of the business.
Shifts may range between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of some weekend hours – all flexible depending on your availability.
Hours will peak during November.
