We encourage people with diverse backgrounds to apply for this role. The Opportunity: Join our Kalgoorlie branch as a Customer Fleet Support Representative, where you'll act as a vital link between Komatsu and our customers.
You will provide technical support to customers' maintenance teams, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.
Located 45 minutes from our Kalgoorlie branch, you'll be the primary point of contact for a key client site, focusing on fleet health management of Komatsu equipment.
You'll build strong relationships with the site management team while ensuring Komatsu's operational standards and Customer Support Charter are consistently met.
Roster: 8/6 or 4/3
Salary: Base salary + Super + 5% Annual Bonus + Tool of Trade Vehicle + Laptop + Mobile Phone
Role Located: FIFO ex Perth or Kalgoorlie located
