Is this your next role? You'll be responsible for a pipeline of reverse mortgage loans, facilitating their progress from application to approval, including completing, their assessment and approval request in an accurate and timely manner. You'll also assist in ensuring the loans in your pipeline reach settlement. Does this sound like you? You'll be passionate about your customers; you ideally have some lending experience. People focussed and confident interacting with a range of personalities, you're keen to collaborate with colleagues to drive great outcomes. As team player, you'll have: Effective communication skills - written and verbal Tertiary qualification in a business discipline preferred Mortgage/Security/Credit/Finance experience Demonstrates ability to think outside the square Customer focussed, you do the right thing for your customer A bit about us and what we do Heartland is a financial services group with operations in Australia and New Zealand.
