In your day to day work you'll be the backbone that keeps Australia connected, delivering end-to-end service to homes and businesses across the nation. From installation to repair and maintenance, you'll see the impact of your work in real time with every satisfied customer. You'll collaborate with a supportive and inclusive team, with opportunities for coaching, mentorship and career progression at every step.
A bit about youTo thrive in this role, you'll be an autonomous and motivated self-starter, with extensive experience with copper and fibre network assurance fault finding and installs. You'll have an appetite to embrace a complex industry while learning and developing on the job. Ideal candidates for this role will have an ACMA license preferably with a cert 3 or cert 4 in telecommunications and draw on their dedication, drive, and customer service skills to deliver service with integrity and solutions with a smile every day.
