You'll make a real impact to 'every-day' Australians in this customer facing role where you'll get to see the happy faces you help!A bit about your roleAs a Customer Field Technician, located on the Central Coast NSW, you will play a vital role working on Customer Service field tasks across potentially all nbn technologies.
This is an autonomous role where you will be responsible for installation, repair and maintenance of nbn products and services.
You'll have the opportunity to work in multiple environments both internal and external but predominantly inside the customer's premises.Your typical day could include any or all of the below functions while delivering exceptional customer service within your role:Cabling installation (copper and fibre) including jointing, jumpering and splicingCustomer premises installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and nbn CPEThese roles work between the hours of 7am to 7pm based on business needs and we encourage a flexible working environment.A bit about youWe're seeking both experienced candidates as well as those with transferable skill from a communication cabling or electrical background and who are keen to explore a new career in the telco sector.
A large part of this role is working in customer's premises, so it will also be important you have exceptional customer service skills and can display honesty and integrity while being self-managed and motivated.We will also be looking for a current & clean Driver's License and strong and personable communication skills, both written and verbal.Life at nbnTo be part of nbn is to be part of something bigger.
