We are looking for a casual Customer Experience Support Coordinator to join our team at our HQ in Carrara. You will be the first point of contact for our busy Customer Experience Team, responsible for responding to and solving customer enquiries over the phone, in person, via email, and online.What you will be doing:Work to ensure a consistent ABI Interiors customer experience across all touch points.Responding to and solving customer enquiries over the phone, in person, and via email, online, or social media.Input customer information to maintain strong data capture.Complete daily caseloads to a high standard.Proactive and professional collaboration with all customers, teams, and departments.Assist with confirming and communicating ABI delivery services.Available to assist other team members and stakeholders with all customer service-related inquiries.Available to work over seven days in various locations where required to maximise the ABI Interiors experience.About you:Able to work a flexible schedule and varying hours as required between 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.
