Your opportunity Everyday our Centre Experience team deliver extraordinary customer service.
We welcome hundreds of millions of customers visits each year and our team's focus is creating unique and memorable customer experiences for everyone in our Westfield destinations.
The parking experience is often the initial and final impression for customers and retailers visiting our Westfield Living Centres.
In this role you will directly report to the Services Manager and play a key leadership role.
Your focus will be on ensuring efficient management of the car park operations to enhance the experience of our customers.
Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop the parking team to provide exceptional customer experiences.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement improvements for the parking experience.Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to processes and standard operating procedures.Analyse data to identify trends and insights that drive future enhancements.Ensure safety standards are maintained within the car park, partnering with relevant teams.Work with the Centre Risk and Security Manager to manage Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S), including reviewing and updating WH&S documentation such as the WH&S Management Plan, Traffic Management Plan, and Peak Traffic Flow Plan.What sets you apart If you are passionate about the Customer experience and love working in an operational environment, this could be the perfect opportunity to grow and develop your career.
