About the role As a Customer Experience Specialist - Trainee, you will embark on a journey to learn, develop, and implement the various functions of this critical role.
You'll be responsible for ensuring our customers receive an unparalleled experience, from their first inquiry to the moment they drive away in their new vehicle.

Reporting into the Retail Centre Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
