Customer Experience Specialist - Medical Cannabis Clinic & PharmacyASSEMBLE have been engaged to recruit a Customer Experience Specialist for an established Australian Medical Cannabis Clinic & Dispensary Group who are very excited and proud to have opening their 4th location in Toowoomba Grand Central Shopping Centre.
They also have 3 established clinics across South East Queensland.
This role is full time and will be based in their brand new Toowoomba clinic which is opening in a few weeks.
Each Clinic has a very high-end fit out that has a day spa feel and offers a premium service for their patients.
Their focus is on providing plant-based medicines for patients with chronic pain, mental health, and sleep disorders.
We are looking for someone who is presentable and loves assisting patients and customers face to face, has strong interpersonal skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will have some previous experience in a sales environment and have the ability to meet clinic targets & KPI's.
Full comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are comfortable and confident in the role.
Responsibilities Patient Pre-screening: Assess and ensure all incoming patients meet the necessary criteria for their appointments, and streamline the process for optimal patient flow.Phone Call Management: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.Front of House: Be the welcoming face of our clinic, ensuring that every visitor feels at ease and has a positive first impression.Enhancing Patient Experience: Proactively identify opportunities to elevate the patient experience, garner feedback, and implement strategies to maintain our clinic's high standard of care.Follow-ups: Ensure post-appointment care by reaching out to patients, ensuring they have the resources and understanding needed for their plant-based medical journey.Reviews & Feedback Management: Gather, monitor, and address patient reviews and feedback to constantly refine and improve our clinic's services.Some weekend work is required on a rotating roster (5 days per week) so you must be willing to work Monday-Sunday throughout the month.
