Responsibilities: Look at new ways of improving the customer journeyBe responsible for the Order to Cash process within the Agricultural Solutions BusinessTroubleshoot, manage backorders, allocations and exceptionsTake a proactive approach to relationship development through remote key account managementUse attention to detail entering customer data in our Master Data and CRM systemsWork closely with internal stakeholders to highlight and resolve problems, manage exceptions and relay customer feedback and insights.The ideal candidate will embrace challenges and feedback, viewing obstacles as opportunities for growth and development.
