Your Impact Asahi Beverages is currently looking to hire a best in class Customer Experience Specialist to join our team based in Southbank, Melbourne .
If you are an experienced customer service specialist with a mind for problem solving and a keen eye for detail, this is the role for you!
Role will commence early 2025.
Your key accountabilities will include: Take ownership and deliver a positive experience well beyond customer expectations. Work across multiple systems to find tailored solutions for our customers. Strive for first call resolution and positive customer feedback. Respond to any phone-based or live chat queries. About you You are curious and seeking to work within a customer-centric driven team that continuously challenges you. In addition, you will have:
Experience in an inbound customer service role involving problem solving, logistics, operations or inventory . Experience working in a fast-paced environment with structured KPI's. Telephone etiquette that is second to none, exceptional customer interaction skills with the ability to manage conflict. The ability to work across different systems including SAP, Salesforce & PCP.
